Blog No. 1 is under way! :D
I was thinking of what to make my first blog entry about so I thought I would give some advice :D I'm going to list a bunch of ways to stay positive and stuff like that, even through rough + tough times x

Just to let everybody know, I have not done this to make people upset or insecure about themselves just as a fun guide in which I pass on my 12 years of 'wisdom' down onto you ;D I should also mention that it is 23:44 and I feel tired but I was determined to make a blog tonight, so make a blog I shall!!!!! … So well then - here goes nothing!
Balance, Variety + Moderation - Although all of these things seem to be opposite they all play a similar role in life. You need balance for equality and to make sure you aren't going over board. You need variety because isn't life just boring without any fun? And moderation comes from the Latin word moderare which means to control, so you need to have some form of control or your life would be a mess! A healthy diet needs all three of those things because if you had no variety you might think that it was boring and give up, if you weren't controlled then you wouldn't be able to control yourself if a chocolate bar was right in front of you and if your diet wasn't balanced you wouldn't have all the nutrients you would need to be healthy. I hope that made sense!

Positive Thoughts - I have always thought that if you keep happy thoughts in mind, your mood will be effected by this and you should start to feel happier and feel better about yourself. I think that no matter what situation you are in, if you keep thinking of something or someone that you care about deeply, it makes everything worth while x
Live Healthily - If you don't exercise or eat healthily you can become unhappy with who you are, physically and mentally. So I personally would recommend searching for nice fruit at the market in town (or in a supermarket) and finding a sport or some kind of exercising that you enjoy doing i.e. I personally enjoy playing basketball and doing cross country. However that is not to say that you are supposed to exclude fatty foods and days without exercise (I'm trying to refer to point No. 1)
You - The main important thing is that you shouldn't change, just become the best version of yourself you possibly can. If you are happy with who you are - stay that way! Nobody else has any right on how you should act + behave. Well to an extent - don't try to make others lives miserable just because you can. Keep in mind that everybody has areas for improvement x
