I have been meaning to do this guide for months now! This was actually filmed in my old house D: So it is finally here! This is pretty much a guide on how to make chicken nuggets ... but using vegetarian sausages :D I didn't have any Quorn chicken pieces at home so I had to make do with these! Also, please remember I was doing this tutorial when I had my broken wrist so my left arm was in a cast. This made taking the photos and cooking REALLY difficult so I'm sorry if the quality of the food and the photos aren't the best!
You will neEd :
One egg
Bread to make Bread Crumbs
Vegetarian Sausages (you dont have to use sausages)
1. Crack ONE egg into a bowl (don't be fooled by the picture, I had my first double yolk ☺️)
2. Turn your slice of bread into crumbs (Tip : Smaller crumbs are better than large chunks)

3. Cut the sausages (or whatever alternative use use) so they are a smaller size. You don't need to do this step if you are comfortable with the original size
4. Whisk the egg
5. Dip one of the pieces in the egg so it is covered all over
6. Now put the eggy sausage into the breadcrumbs and roll it around until it is all covered. You may need to repeat this step if your bread crumbs don't stick..
7. ADULT NEEDED FOR THIS BIT! You can either put them in the oven on a tray to cook or you can fry them in a pan. I got my mum to fry mine as it is dangerous to be around oil so do not do this without adult supervision!
After that just serve them up and you eat them (nom nom nom . . .)
